Job Title: On-Site Talent Partner

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic On-Site Talent Partner to provide recruitment support to one of our trusted clients based in Scunthorpe. This role will require you to provide dedicated account management support to our clients with the search and selection of suitable candidates, liaising with our head office team and assisting with onboarding of new starters etc.
Working in busy team, this role is responsible for facilitating the matching process of candidates to client requirements, placing candidates into contract roles using a variety of means, including placing engaging advertisemea nts, searching job boards, and pro-actively managing our highly-subscribed internal database. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to your candidates, managing their queries, ensuring they are kept informed of progress of applications, as well as telephone screening and interviewing them in line with company standards.
We're looking for someone who has worked in a fast-paced, customer-focused recruitment environment, and has excellent communication skills (particularly telephone manner), the ability to work as an integral member of a team, and the desire to take initiative and go the extra mile to deliver for our clients. Strong organisational, administration and time-management skills are essential for success in this role
This is purely a delivery role, with absolutely no client cold calling involved.

What We Need from You?
- You must experience of client delivery within permanent or contract recruitment space. A background in Construction recruitment of advantage however is not essential.
