Our client are a multinational electric utility company, which operates in the fields of electricity generation and distribution, natural gas, nuclear and renewable energy.
They are currently recruiting for a office support in Central leeds, starting on the 19th August for 1 month.

The role is to provide cover and support the team leader in their day to day activities below is a detailed breakdown of the roles and responsibilities. The temp will be provided with all the necessary training requirement to fulfil the role. We are looking for someone with great customer service and communication skills as they will be interacting with our client daily.
Duties
 To liaise with the Team Leader & client in a professional manner
 To ensure operational procedures are followed
 To enforce local security measures in line with the Client's policies
 To follow Health & Safety guidelines
 Ensure company ethics, policies and procedures are adhered to
 Alerting the Team Leader of any issues that may impact the operation or customer service
 Carry out tasks as directed by the Team Leader to provide Clients with uninterrupted facilities services for their quiet enjoyment of their working environment
 Deal professionally with all work requests and Client contact
 Respond to miscellaneous requests from Client
 To work as part of a team delivering reprographic, portering and client support duties.
 Clean, replenish in the morning and monitor during the day the on-site vending facilities ensuring they are well maintained and fully stocked
 Open and distribute incoming mail.
 Sort and frank outgoing mail.
 Carry out Meeting room set ups and resets and general support to the front of house
 Ensure copier/printers are stocked with paper first thing in the morning
 Carry out general admin duties as set by the Team Leader

Qualifications or Required Experience:

* Excellent Customer Service skills
* The ability to multi-task and meet specified timescales
* The ability to work as part of a small team
* Numerate/Literate
* Computer Literate
* Communication skills
