Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Westminster (SW1H)
Duration: 6 months
Hours: 37 per week
Pay rate: £16.99 per hour PAYE (Inside IR35)

We are currently looking for an office administrator to work with a major aerospace client on a 6 month contract in London.
This key role will provide support to managers on all relevant office systems and general administration tasks including invoicing, liaising with internal departments and producing documentation.
The role has a strong focus on working with data and systems so, proficiency with MS applications and Excel is essential.
-Retrieve, manipulate, analyse and present data.
-Operate relevant business systems to process data.
-Contribute to continuous process improvement activities, by identifying areas for process and system improvement and creating and updating administration operating procedures
-Undertake activities in support of projects in own area, including maintaining key project documents, setting meetings and reporting to manager on progress against key goals
-Potentially take the lead on specific, well defined work streams ensuring agreed deliverables are met
-Update and maintain operating procedures, and key process documentation for processes in own area
-Undertake general office management activities e.g. invoicing, liaising with property, IT and finance on general issues
-Undertake specialist administrator roles on behalf of the team (e.g. I.T.)
-Produce documentation including typing letters, creating presentations using appropriate software for work processing, graphics and spreadsheets, and preparing highlights reports, ensuring deadlines are met.
-Provide administrative support to managers on relevant systems
-Represent the team in meetings, and report key information back to the team.
Skills and Experience
-Significant experience in an administrative role.
-Ability to operate calmly under pressure, multi-tasking as appropriate, and establish own work priorities to deliver against deadlines.
-Excellent planning and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail, to produce accurate work in a timely manner.
-Ability to exercise judgement and act on own initiative.
-High degree of computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
