My client a leading provider of IT products and services is currently looking for a highly organised Office Administrator to join their Business Portfolio Team.

As the duties and responsibilities are quite varied and this role would be classed as an Office support role, they are ideally looking for somebody with good communication skills, good time management and the ability to multi task.

The role involves:

  • Office administration; responsible for completion of all admin related tasks.
  • Working practically to support a reporting structure
  • Delivering excellent internal customer service
  • Strong team member;
  • Being able to embed themselves within the BPO team to provide additional support where necessary outside the immediate reporting responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proactive approach to problem solving
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excel, power point, word, SharePoint and email skills
  • Data Analysis skills
  • Positive attitude
  • SC Clearance or willingness to gain the necessary clearance
