My highly reputable client is one of the largest caterpillar dealers in the world and are looking for a OEM Account Manager to join their team in Ireland.
This role is responsible for managing OEM accounts in the industrial sector and delivering profitable sales and growth. He / she will take personal responsibility for retaining and developing the accounts across the full range of activities, ensuring alignment between the various contact points and processes within customer accounts.

Accountabilities
Annual price negotiation as required with major accounts, sub-suppliers and partner organisation
Full overview of OEM's global business model and development of key relationships to ensure coverage including sales, distribution network, aftermarket support
Exploitation of sales opportunities through OEM solutions and the development of aftermarket support
Use of Company tools for opportunity and account management
Coordination of internal functions and departments to ensure the expected levels of customer service are achieved
Liaise with engineering team to ensure that the required levels of support are available for production development initiatives
Liaise with administration functions to management supply pipeline and engine projects
Ensure alignment of key objectives with Caterpillar
Assist other functions with regard to Caterpillar and interaction within the accounts
Preparation and timely submission of monthly activity and business forecasting report
Relationship building with key personnel - Client, Customer, Caterpillar
Maintain regular contact with key customer contacts
Understanding of account objectives, strategic plans and opportunity alignment and management
