We are currently recruiting for General Administrators for an upcoming Outage based at Dungeness B Power Station in Kent.
Candidates will need to be experienced in general administration duties and use of PC with Microsoft Office Software
Your role will consist of, but will not be restricted to the following:
Report directly to the Outage Manager with reference to all matters associated to general site administration.
Operate the site reception at Dungeness B Power Station.
Ensure all site visitors are booked in at the main gate.
Collate and process through the Outage Manager all site pass applications.
Process through the Outage Manager all site internal and external post.
Produce site correspondence as required in a timely manner.
Report to the Outage Manager through the Site QA Lead Engineers on all matters relating to document control.
Ensure all site documentation is controlled within the requirements of our Clients procedures.
Maintain the site filing system, ensuring all documentation both received and released is uniquely registered in accordance with procedures.
Control the release of all documentation from site in accordance with procedures.
Maintain and control the site register logs for all site documentation.
Report to the Outage Manager on all matters associated with timekeeping of all site personnel
Communicate, through site supervision to all personnel, the operational parameters and rules and enforce where necessary through the Outage Manager.
Administer/check all weekly timesheets prior to submittal to the Outage Manager for signature.
Ensure all timesheets are dispatched from site to arrive both at our Client and the agency in a timely manner.
Administer the clock card system for record of site attendance.
Liaise with site supervision to receive daily labour returns, which indicate both total of hours worked, together with charge number information to cross check against individual timesheets.
Process and check all holiday request applications for periodic leave, sick notes and expenses before submittal to the Outage Manager for signature.
Compile and maintain monthly site attendance records for discipline/Statutory purposes including sickness, lateness and holidays.
Generate monthly personnel assessment sheets by completing the timekeeping element, distributing the sheet for completion by the line management, the collating of all sheets and producing a spreadsheet to identify performance.
Hours: will be either 10 or 12 hour shifts working a rotation of 12on - 2off either Days or Nights.
Duration: approx. start date will be July/August until November 2018. However candidates must be flexible with regards to start and end dates due to scheduling.
Candidates will require a CCNSG Safety Passport and full Nuclear Clearance (Counter Terroist Check) - CTC.
