Network Solution Manager - Voorburg

Morson International are working with a world leading ICT Solutions company who are looking for a Network Solution Manager to join their team in Voorburg.

The Network Solution Manager will be involved in:

* In charge of Datacom solution sales, reach the sales target and network insight
* Be responsible for market-sales analysis and plan, opportunity find, sales target and strategy define.
* Good understanding of the customer requirement and communicate with local colleagues to develop the future/function.
* Meet customers and partners to provide pre-sales support in proposing and designing solutions to meet customer's business and technical requirements, ensuring the most competitive solution to the target customer.
* Develop projects with key account managers and channel managers, perform sales and effective technical presentations to customer/partner, identification of suitable customer leads and make quotations.
* Participate in tenders, presentations and commercial proposals by providing product information, value argumentation, bill of materials and tender network designs.
* Develop and Maintain good relationships with end customer, partner or distributor side.

The successful Network Solution Manager will have:

* Background in Datacom products and solutions, experience in the solution design, technical guide, product configuration optimize, commercial offer independently.
* Demonstrated technical background in:
* Seamless MPLS, Segment Routing, RSVP (Resource reservation protocol), Carrier-Grade NAT, Traffic Engineering, BRAS (broadband remote access server) and Switching.
* Able to understand customer technical requirement and communicate internally very well.
* Strong communication and relationship skills with customer at several levels.
* Good organizational skills. Able to develop action plans based on company and customer requirements.
* Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently, results driven
* Dynamic personality and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
* Dutch and English fluency.
