Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000
Hours: Monday to Friday - 40-hour week, overtime will be available
Location: Sandycroft

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a client to find a Mechanical Engineer; the role is based on their site in Sandycroft. This is an opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to design projects.


What we're looking for:
* Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Proven experience within a similar mechanical design environment
* Strong experience using design tools such as CATIA
* Experience working with Carbon Fibre products
* Strong communication and PC skills (Word, Excel)

The Job:
Based in Sandycroft, your role will be to integrate with the existing design team and provide a range of engineering support to a busy assembly site
* Support and coach operational colleagues with technical machine issues
* Provide technical advice to customers + suppliers
* Completing small works packages
* Provide strong trouble shooting skills for any technical issues
* Support with plans for continuous improvement
