Position Overview
Responsible for Marine Operations to regulatory and company standards. Lead, plan, co-ordinate a Marine team and vendors, ensuring all Marine activities are executed in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with Safety Management System.

Accountabilities
* Plan, prepare, allocate and supervise resources to provide safe and efficient marine, logistics and support service to site in compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and legislation
* Manage team performance to ensure all activities are carried out to the highest possible standard in accordance with Repsol Sinopec Resources UK objectives

Key Duties
* Liaise with the Marine Officer and platform leadership to determine and agree priorities
* Play a key role in the daily TMAX (WORM) Meeting, prioritisation review and YTT Review Meeting with
Maintenance & Operations teams
* Responsible for the management of all Marine POB related activity, including additional manpower requirements over and
above agreed Marine related discipline technicians to ensure maintenance plan delivered as per schedule
* Accountable to ensure work history is comprehensively recorded in line with TMAX/Maximo 7.5 data quality requirements for maintenance related activity
* Support the integrated planning process to maximise plant uptime and optimise resources to ensure the completion
of all critical and breakdown maintenance activities
* Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with ISSOW including comprehensive and detailed Risk Assessments and Toolbox talks
* Ensure the Marine Operations and Support Services are carried out safely and efficiently:
* Provide support where appropriate to other site departments
* Liaise with Site Team Leaders and Supervisors to ensure all activities are effectively planned, scheduled and executed in accordance with the Repsol Sinopec Resources Uk Planning & Scheduling Process
* Responsible for the Marine team performance, development and annual competence assessments
* Maintain effective communication with all work colleagues at all levels
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily time writing
* Ensure accurate completion of IREX requests for material orders and inventory call offs (correct budget codes, QA/QC checks)
* Be familiar with and follow the Repsol Sinopec Resources UK Golden Rules for Health and Safety at all times
* Lead and supervise team to ensure work is carried out in full compliance with Repsol Sinopec Resources Uk's HS&E policy, procedures and Safety Management System and any statutory requirements or obligations
* Ensure support for shutdown related activity, Interface with shutdown co-ordinator with regard to pre/post-shutdown activities
* Act as ISSOW Issuing or Area Authority where designated by MO/OIM
* Report all accidents and incidents, lead and participate in incident investigations where required
* Carry out audits to ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedure and site directives
* Perform Emergency Response duties in accordance with Repsol Sinopec Resources Uk's requirements

Education Attainment & Accreditation
* STCW Certificate of Competency (Class 2) and STCW Medical Cert (ENG1)
* Dangerous Cargo Endorsement
* Repsol Sinopec Resources UK ISSOW Area Authority or equivalent
* 1st Line supervisor training./SMTD or working towards
* L&D 9DI or equivalent
