We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to be based within the Contact Centres Team at Manchester Airport for a temporary contract until mid October 2018.

As part of this down to earth and team orientated department, you will provide excellent customer service to customers enquiring about Manchester Airport. You will be enthusiastic and friendly, but composed and able to respond quickly. You must be IT literate, with experience of wokring on 2 screens, and ideally able to answer live chat conversations. You will be able to multi-task, log calls, undertake general admin tasks and take notes.

This role is 5 days a week, including weekends (hours 9-6 weekdays, 9-3 weekends).
