Morson require a Management Assistant / PA for work with a prestigous client based in their Glasgow (Stepps) Office. We will be looking to start a successful candidate within a fairly short timescale.
Skills / Capabilities
You will be able to provide a confidential and comprehensive administrative support service, supporting three Business Managers :
* Act as first point of call for the management team
* Provide administrative services to the management team, including diary management
* Organise meetings for the team and book meeting rooms as required arrange catering compile agenda's and papers book travel and accommodation etc.
* Administer procedures: mileage and expenses absence management timesheet management
* Work as part of the administrative team, providing supporting cover when necessary
* Use the internal purchase order system.
You will have good people skills and be able to use Microsoft office.
Previous experience as a Senior Administrator or PA would be essential as limited training will be provided.
