Duties include but are not limited to:
- Day to day running of the business - Processing invoices, paying suppliers, reconciling the supplier accounts, producing customer invoices and chasing payments in.
- Daily cashflow reporting, working with different departments with in the business to ensure the cashflow has the most up to date information and that the business cash runs smoothly.
- Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure.
- Bank reconciliations/ Credit card reconciliations.
- Processing the company's Payroll.
- Reporting to HRMC - VAT Returns, Exports, EC Sales list.
- Preparing reports, budgets, commentaries and financial statements.
- Providing support to the Management Team on any financial matters.
- Working with AGP on company house reports and R&D claim.
