Manage the documents and records generated by the Engineering Department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Nuclear Site Licence conditions.
Provide independent verification of completion and recording of regulatory maintenance activities.
Ensure that SAP maintenance plans are accurate and up to date.
Management of Maintenance Plans
Maintenance system data (SAP) must reflect the approved master equipment schedules.
Management of Due Dates
The next inspection/test dates in SAP must align with the last inspection/test date and the frequency stated in the approved maintenance schedule.
Control of 3rd Party Reports and Data
Point of contact for the receipt of inspection and test records from 3rd parties - normally electronic. Monitor accuracy of web based inspection records.
Collate KPI data - prepare and issue monthly status reports.
Provide look-ahead data on demand.
IT literate; Excel, Word etc.
Good communication and organising skills;
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Filing and document management skills
Working knowledge of SAP would be beneficial; alternatively training can be provided.
5 GCSEs including Maths and English or equivalent or relevant experience
