We are looking for M&E Technicians - Mechanical with the following skills and experience:

  • City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Domestic Plumbing and Heating preferred

  • NICEIC Domestic Ventilation - BPEC

  • Minimum GCSE level Math's, English and Physics

  • Train the Trainer qualification preferred

  • 3 years Minimum experience performing inspection and test

To inspect and test, validate and record all Production mechanical offline and assembly installations to ensure that they conform to the current domestic mechanical (plumbing, heating and ventilation) statutory legislation and Company specifications, standards and operating procedures. To train, educate and certify the Production Operative contingent in in appropriate methods for all electrical assembly operations in line with the Company's Health & Safety and Quality procedures.

**We are looking for a number of colleagues to start in our facility throughout all of 2021. Although we are currently operating a day shift - we will be moving to a shift pattern and all applicants need to be flexible around an early & late shift.**

Due to the location of this role we require people who would be able to drive/walk or cycle to site. All colleagues that join L&G Modular Homes are subject to background screening including DBS check.

Covid 19 - We take the safety of our colleagues seriously and currently have 2 metre distancing in place as well as masks being mandatory throughout the premises.
