A new opportunity is now available for a Logistics Administrator to provide support to all customers
ensuring accurate and timely delivery of material to support the Customer's contractual requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- There is a responsibility to investigate and solve Logistics queries, alerting the Customer Service Team Lead of any potential problems or customer dissatisfaction
- Apply initiative to progress chasing and identification of solutions and process adjustments to ensure continuous improvement implementation
- Liaise with the Customer/Logistics Warehouse operatives/Managers, by phone, email or in person with details of work or queries
- Attend team/Toolbox Talk meetings and actively contribute to process improvements
- Actively monitor and expedite customer demands to ensure contractual KPI's are achieved.

Major Tasks and Activities

- Demonstrate high levels of SHE behaviours and create an open and honest ethos within the team, which continuously delivers to the SHE targets
- Be a positive role model and demonstrate responsible behaviours in accordance within the company code of conduct and create an environment where staff and contractors can speak up without fear of retribution
- Responsible for the timely delivery of materiel to the customer in line with contractual requirements
- Produce high standards of output efficiently and work with a right first time culture
- Provide information and expertise Customers on material related issues
- Providing feedback on day-to-day Logistics issues, reporting and addressing defective material
- Participate in the review of Logistics activity and processes and contribute to efficiency improvements
- Negotiation with key stakeholders to highlight issues for escalation
- Maintain an end-to-end material tracking and delivery process.

Additional Key Accountabilities

- Producing statistics relating to Logistics activity as directed via Word/Excel
- Be a flexible member of the team by conducting additional Ad Hoc tasks when required and adaptable to change within the department
- Supporting the Customer Service Team Lead with investigations into failures/potential to fail
- Carry out tasks and objectives as directed by the Customer Service Team Lead/Logistics Manager

Qualifications and Experience

- ITAR Awareness
- MoD Mandated IT system
- Proven experience within a Customer Service environment
