We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator on behalf of our client, to work in their Central London office.
Purpose of the role:
- Project Administration for the Lift Signage program
- The Project Administrator is responsible for updating the project data from Facilities Managers into the project tracker.
- Printing and compiling asset labels.
- Reporting to project stakeholders on project progress.
- Support Supply Chain Manager in delivering multiple work steams as required
- Interfacing with Operations as well as Project functions.
- Recording completion returns on a Project Dashboard
- Mailing out
