Job Description

Our client BAE Systems is currently recruiting an experience Learning & Development Professional at their site in Farnborough.

This key role will support the overall Business Integrity Awareness, Communications & Training (ACT) offering, including creating and implementing e-learning and communication Nudges. The holder will work with the Essential Learning Manager and other stakeholders (including the businesses, comms, HR and the SME's of the functions at Head Office).

You will assist in developing the Business Integrity Awareness, Communications and Training (ACT) programme, including:

-Pre-Onboarding Awareness training
-Annual face2face training
-Quarterly communication nudges
-Job Role specific e-learning modules
-Assist in the Co-ordination of the programme for current year and outline three year rolling ACT
-Support the communications plan linked to all the ACT programmes
-Consult with internal stakeholders to determine best form of training and most appropriate themes
-Produce all training materials and associated leader's guide
-Work with relevant stakeholders to communicate and roll training out across the businesses

The role holder will be required to work extensively with other functions, leading and facilitating work groups and agreeing planned outcomes across a broad agenda.

Skills and Experience:

-Experience of implementing Training programmes to meet regulatory requirements.
-Knowledge and experience of creating varied learning tools and awareness material,
-Experience of working with and understanding the needs of other functions to implement a Training programme that meets a broad set of needs.
-A knowledge of how behavioural psychology can be used to strengthen training is desirable.
- Developed communication and diplomacy skills in order to persuade, influence, and negotiate internally at potentially senior levels.
