Learning Architect Business Partner; £29/hr PAYE plus hols or £39/hr Umbrella; Contract; Remote Working

Our client based in Crawley but looking for a Learning Business Partner who will work remotely with visits to Crawley a couple of times per month.

Are you a learning architect?
When building a house, we often turn to a traditional architect for assistance. The architect initially meets with the client to gain a thorough understanding of the project. With an eye on the big picture, he or she focuses on the challenges and goals that inform the assignment and envisions possibilities. The architect works closely with the client when drafting ideas, employing a collaborative and agile process.
The learning architect adopts a similar role and brings similar expertise to the table. Like a traditional architect, a learning architect possesses the requisite design know-how, but is also a strategic partner dedicated to helping the business develop and execute a sound, quality, cost-effective and measurable plan. The learning architect is a problem solver, with strong partnering and project management skills. He or she is a skilled communicator with a flexible and agile approach. Finally, he or she has a solid understanding of learning that guides the business to best-fit learning initiatives rather than just responding to requests for training.

What you will do
Working in an agile environment, moving between different projects within the learning team, you will partner with the business and take concepts and visions and turn them into learning solutions that respond to the business need and team goals.
