As part of the Learning and Development team, you'll be responsible for the effective and customer-oriented provision of L&D services, managing the full end-to-end process, and contributing to the support of the HR Strategy to deliver business value.
Through effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, you'll develop an understanding of the business, your customers and specific objectives, defining, managing and evaluating solutions and activities to support the achievement of those goals, aligned to strategic priorities and budgets.
Bringing fresh perspective on L&D will enable you to challenge current working practices and drive increased ROI and business value.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic, you'll have previous of training and development in a high-paced environment, including designing and leading significant learning and development initiatives, and strong knowledge of the principles and practices of L&D. You'll need to build and manage effective relationships at a senior level across a complex client base and therefore, strong influencing and coaching skills are important.
