Job Duties

  • Drive results and deliver the project implementation plan on a day to day basis
  • Ensure practices (tools and behaviours) and processes are used appropriately and that projects are delivered according to AECOM way * Development and management of project KPI reporting
  • Responsible for process optimisation. * Responsible for running Collaborative Planning workshops.
  • Ensure that weekly project targets are met, and significant financial benefits are achieved
  • Assist in the coaching and development of client management teams to ensure the adoption of new and sustainable behaviours
  • Develop effective daily formal and informal communications with team leaders and front-line managers
  • Deliver lean training at white /yellow belt level * Drive Lean thinking Minimum Qualification Graduate level qualifications in a relevant discipline. Specific Skills Required (Hiring manager completion required, mandatory) * Proven track record of team leadership and project management skills
  • Strong experience of facilitating/leading process improvement and lean in an organisation of significant size * Degree level education (ideally 2:1)

  • Work experience within current target sectors - Ground Investigation Engineering, Bridging, Highways Able to work in a Chelmsford, Aldgate and/or Client office.
