We are currently searching for an Account Manager for our client based in Daventry.
Main duties will include:
Taking full responsibility for the management of the accounts.
To effectively manage the commercial relationships in line with budget.
Increase sales revenue through sales relationships.
Identify areas of improvement.
Develop an account plan for the year, define objectives and initiatives.
Manage forecasting - working with the client to assess upcoming activities.
Track monthly performance.
Perform annual client surveys.
Work with Finance, prepare month end invoices.
Contribute to new business, write tender documents.
To manage,motivate and lead the team.
Resolve conflicts, delegate tasks, provide effective coaching.
Lead structured client review meetings.
Ensure concise, clear communication with the client.
Candidates must have previous Account Managing experience. Must have a personal approach, be flexible, reliable and trustworthy.
Must have previous leadership experience and be able to motivate a team.
