I am looking to recruit an Office Administrator for a temporary to permanent role starting on the 18th March in Failsworth, Manchester.
The hours of work are Monday – Friday 9-5pm (37.5 hours per week) with 1 hour for lunch, the rate of pay is £9p/h
You will be required to:
* Work with project databases using Microsoft Excel as well as providing support with generic office tasks
* Control and manage the retrieval of timesheets on a weekly basis
* Check that the site qualifications and tickets haven’t expired for the contractors
* Ensure that all vehicles have been taxed
* Answering/filtering calls to the relevant departments
* Responsible for procurement of certain materials
Previous experience of Office Administration would be an advantage.
