We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Support Administrator to join our team based at our Filton branch. Supporting our busy team, the purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective administration support service for the branch, with a focus on transactional HR administration. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Record new starters, leavers, and absences
- Process contract extensions and changes
- Assist in the conduction of inductions, exit interviews, disciplinary and absence meetings
- Keep all databases and filing systems up to date
- Assist with the payroll process
- Produce monthly client reports on headcounts, costs, savings, absences, and other key metrics
- Liaise with clients, internal colleagues, and key stakeholders from around the business
- Order and distribute PPE to on-site contractors
- Work on-site with the client when required
Please note that flexibility for a 7.00am start on Mondays is required.
The suitable candidate for this role will have very strong administration skills, excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role is vital. Some HR experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be given. Familiarity with and good understanding of all Microsoft Office packages is required, in particular the use of Excel for producing reports (inc. pivot tables). There is a lot of room for progression in this role, with many training and development opportunities, so we are looking for somebody driven and eager to learn who is adaptable and looking for a challenge.
