IT Systems Coordinator with experience working in a pressurised manufacturing environment and advanced IT skills MS Office Excel, databases, etc is required. Experience of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and/or automated storage solutions and material handling systems is preferred but full training will be provided.
The role involves but is not limited to the following:
Set-up and induct users into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and create procedures to be followed by all users.
Support Maintenance Technician with set-up of Maintenance programme and upload of relevant documents onto the CMMS system.
To set-up and induct stores team into the new Kardex storage carousel system and create relevant procedures.
To support Maintenance & Inventory Manager and stores team in set-up of a new IT system to manage materials and freezer storage.
Work with Capability Team, Zone Owners, Workshop Users, Workshop Services, to support maximum up-time of equipment.
Work with the QHSE Manager and H&S Advisor to ensure new systems are compliant with H&S regulations, REACH and any existing H&S policies and procedures.
Work with Business Systems team to procure, set-up, configure new IT systems for the Maintenance & Inventory team.
Work with Finance Department on queries, goods receipting, invoicing, etc.
Maintenance & Inventory:
Manages and troubleshoots the CMMS. Identifies opportunities for improvement to meet the current and future needs of its users and management, recommends changes, and participates in the implementation.
Assess all elements of the Pirana system on a regular basis, identify hazards and manage the regular maintenance and rectification of problems to ensure the safety of the equipment, compliance and other regulatory and legal requirements.
Assist with asset life cycle with the effective planning of preventative maintenance activities. Systematically maintain asset records within the CMMS ensuring that they are securely filed and accessible for all internal, external customers and for auditing purposes reference ISO accreditation.
Establishes, reassigns, revises or deletes records in key data tables within the CMMS in response to system user requirements as per NCC policies and standards.
Designs and creates reports within CMMS via work requests / orders populating KPI dashboard.
Advises on and participates in the training of new and current CMMS / Kardex carousel users.
Generate and plan the maintenance regimes for all departments assuring frequency and time is calculated to manufacturers guidelines
Managing the relationship with contractor's reference service agreements, in tandem with the Maintenance technician to ensure company requirements are met. Including all administration required legally and by the company to allow the contractor to carry out work onsite
