My client is currently looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to provide onsite ICT support at their regional offices. Your duties will include remotely resolving and triaging support tickets, completing project tasks and managing the provision of new site setups.
- You must have demonstrable 2nd line experience
- Windows 7, 10 / Office 2010, 2016
- Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Authoring technical documentation
- TCP/IP networking and remote support tools
- Excellent communication skills
