This iconic Manchester brand based in the heart of the city centre is currently recruiting for a IT Support Technician to join their growing team. With an enviable internal culture, supportive management and a bright future, they now require a skilled IT Support Technician (hybrid level 1 and 2 help desk support and troubleshooting) who has a passion for customer service. You'll need exposure to

  • Windows Server 8-12-16
  • Windows Desktop 10
  • Office 365 and related components
  • Hardware Configuration
  • Any Mac OSX is a bonus.

You'll be ensuring systems availability is adhered to according to businesses continuity expectations and as such you will be providing effective level 1 and 2 support and reducing any downtime and impact to the retail network. Any EPOS or POS experience is beneficial, but the most important attributes are a hunger to learn, a hard work ethic, the ability the work under pressure and have an outgoing personality.
