This is a great opportunity for a IT Service Management Specialist to join a leading global technology Service provider. You will be responsible for delivering solutions, governance and alignment during the delivery process across Technology Programs which have multiple streams to ensure overall cohesion in meeting the business objectives and technology strategy. The role will be involved in the implementation of new services, Service Desk platforms, server monitoring platforms and asset management tools. This role will require SC clearance or the ability to achieve SC Clearance.
Key Skill Requirements are
- A strong understanding of IT Service and Support Management
- In-depth knowledge of industry leading logging, monitoring & analytics platforms and monitoring tools.
- Experience of designing, integrating and implementing solutions for monitoring and management of end user experience, application performance and infrastructure performance.
- Expertise in implementing solutions using IT Data analytics to resolve complex technical issues and derive insights & innovation that improves system availability, resiliency, and performance
