This IT Support Analyst role is a central point of contact within the managed services team where you will be required to provide high-quality, efficient support to clients through responding to telephone calls, emails and alert monitoring. Following ITIL processes you will identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests, working with other managed services team members to reduce and prevent recurrence. A driving licence is ideal

  • Experience using Service Desk ITSM tools
  • Windows Server 2012/2016
  • Active Directory essential
  • Hardware and Software installation and support
  • Any Citrix/VMware exposure is beneficial

The main responsibilities of the role include the following:

  • Answer calls within client service level targets
  • Respond to service requests and emails within client service level targets
  • Utilise a knowledge base to troubleshoot and provide solutions
  • Apply quality assurance process and guidelines to each interaction
  • Provide a high-level First Call Resolution

You are highly proactive and are a team player, with strong customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
