Service Desk - IT Support - Windows - Microsoft - Active Directory - Software - Hardware.

Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst/IT Technician to work on a contract basis in Hillingdon Middlesex, UB8 3GA

Suitable candidates ideally would have experience in:

  • Windows Client Operating Systems
  • Chrome and iOS Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Office Packages
  • Active Diectory
  • Software and hardware trouble shooting
  • General PC hardware maintenance
  • Mobile device management
  • ITIL service desk operations
  • change management

Duties will include:

  • Assisting the Service Desk with the delivery of IT managed support services
  • Resolve service calls as directed by the Service Desk
  • Provide users with technical assistance and report service issues
  • Providing onsite support visits when required and directed
  • Assist with project work as directed by the Technical Operations department.

Experience of working in educational environments is desirable but not essential. Candidates will be required to undergo a DBS check prior to commencing this role.
