Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst/IT Technician to work on a contract basis in Hillingdon Middlesex, UB8 3GA
Suitable candidates ideally would have experience in:
- Windows Client Operating Systems
- Chrome and iOS Operating Systems
- Microsoft Office Packages
- Active Diectory
- Software and hardware trouble shooting
- General PC hardware maintenance
- Mobile device management
- ITIL service desk operations
- change management
Duties will include:
- Assisting the Service Desk with the delivery of IT managed support services
- Resolve service calls as directed by the Service Desk
- Provide users with technical assistance and report service issues
- Providing onsite support visits when required and directed
- Assist with project work as directed by the Technical Operations department.
Experience of working in educational environments is desirable but not essential. Candidates will be required to undergo a DBS check prior to commencing this role.
