Your main responsibilities as a Service Desk Engineer (Analyst / Technician (Windows, Desktop Server, Exchange, Office 365, , LAN, MSP, Managed Services, ITIL) will be to support users on 1st and some- 2nd line queries (depending on experience) via desktop, phone, remote and email. You will be an excellent communicator who has customer relationship building.
The Service Desk Engineer / Analyst / Technician (Windows, Desktop, Exchange, Office 365, Networking, LAN, WAN, MSP, Managed Services, ITIL Service Desk Analyst) will be a natural problem solver who wants to join a company with a wide variety of technologies. In line with this, the company offer mentorship opportunities with a view for you to progress within.
Role Requirements (desirable, but not essential)
- Windows 7/8/10
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange, Office 365
- Basic LAN,WAN
- Citrix Exposure is a bonus
- Remote Support Tools
- ITIL Processes, Incident Response
This is not a 'business as usual' role as the flat structure of the organisation will give you exposure to complex Networks, Virtual / Cloud Environments and hardware. You'll need a full clean driving licence and have the ability to pass DBS clearance.
