IT Service Design Manager -ITIL/Project Management

My client is currently looking for a 1st line Service Desk Analyst to join their existing team in Portsmouth for 3 months
* Experience in IT Project management, preferably in a client-service organisation. Exposures to a large IT department, delivering IT services that are tied to business goals.
* Strongly demonstrated leadership in project process and planning activities. Results-oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on excellence and high quality project delivery
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience in large multi-national, multi-cultural, matrix-type organisation.
* Direct line management experience an advantage
* Professional project/programme management certification, (or relevant experience, specifically PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, MoP, PMI / PMP
* Certifications in technical disciplines (e.g. ITIL, CMMI)
