Senior Project Manager PMO Manager, Programme Manager, IT Manager, Cannock, Staffordshire, Birmingham - circa £65k + car allowance, healthcare, company share scheme
This is an amazing opportunity for an experience Senior Project Manager or PMO lead/Manager join an instantly recognisable global organisation and lead the implementation of a diverse set of exciting, ground-breaking IT project and programmes. With a budget of £4-5,000,000 you will lead a team of up to 9 Project Managers, Change Managers, PMO Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts and other colleagues delivering IT programs and projects. These are a mix of permanent and contract resources. You will also be able to draw resources from other business areas to ensure successful project delivery.
These projects range from large scale legacy migrations, cloud infrastructure deployments through to ecommerce and global security projects so you experience will need to be wide and varied. You will mainly be based on site in Cannock with some UK travel and 2 global trips per year.
We are looking for a leader, someone who can mentor, train, develop and create success for their direct reports and team as a whole. Although this is a PMO Manager role we are looking for some who has a sleeves rolled up approach and you'll be at the front line with your team. - A confirmed leader with experience of operating in large, global businesses.
- Proven experience implementing diverse and progressive concepts into practice.
- Experience of delivering to E level audiences
- PRINCE 2 PMP, MSP and Agile
