DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER - MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE JAMF EXPERIENCE

Troubleshoot end user desktop/laptop hardware and software issues

· Manage and track desktop, laptop and peripheral devices

· Build, re image OS for laptops/desktops (Windows and MacOS)

· Configure and troubleshoot email services on end user mobile device(s)

· Configure and troubleshoot printers in customer office premises

· Hardware Asset Management & Software inventory

· Manage end user devices patch and anti virus compliance

· Troubleshoot and assist with meeting room services

· Provide white glove VIP support as per the agreed time lines

· Desk side assistance for users or provides walk in support

· Hand and Eyes support for on-premises server and network infrastructure

· MacOS device management through JAMF solution including:

- Customising and maintaining enrolment profiles

- Managing device inventory

- Smart group definitions

- Certificate/Token validity

- VPP app store application management

- Application packaging

- Writing/Managing Policies and Configuration Profiles

- Software Restrictions and OS/App updates

· Meet the defined SLAs and KPIs while performing above mentioned activities

· Ensure adherence to security policies and processes

· Continuously upgrade skills as per business requirement and adhere to organisations goals

· Monitor the incidents/tasks assigned to team and ensure tickets are resolved within defined SLA

· Monitoring of all the SLA and KPI as per customer processes and ensure there is no breach during the contract period

· Good communication around issues and opportunities - get things done, make things happen

· 5 to 6 years of experience in end user compute technologies

· Excellent customer handling and communication skills, VIP Support

· Knowledge of SCCM and Active Directory

· 2nd Line support experience over call (During Out of Office Support)

· JAMF 100 Certification - Added Advantage

· Functional and technical knowledge in Infrastructure Support

· Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines under pressure whilst focusing on results

· Flexibility on working hours

· Having good knowledge of ITIL, Incident, Problem & Change Management
