IT 2nd Line Support Engineer

To Provide Internal 2nd Line IT Support

  • Resolve incidents, problems, incidents and changes on a variety of Operating Systems
  • To have knowledge regarding laptops, printers, desktops, iphones, ipads.
  • Troubleshooting basic network issues
  • Active Directory Experience
  • VPN and remote desktop knowledge
  • SCCM

Must have the ability to maintain highest level of support to the buildings users and have the ability to manage ones workload with different deadlines.
