IT 2nd Line Support Engineer
To Provide Internal 2nd Line IT Support
- Resolve incidents, problems, incidents and changes on a variety of Operating Systems
- To have knowledge regarding laptops, printers, desktops, iphones, ipads.
- Troubleshooting basic network issues
- Active Directory Experience
- VPN and remote desktop knowledge
Must have the ability to maintain highest level of support to the buildings users and have the ability to manage ones workload with different deadlines.
