I am partnering with a large professional services client based in Manchester who are looking to recruit an Interim Reward Manager. This role will be offered on a 12 month fixed term basis and will report in to the Reward Director.

As an experienced Reward Manager you will contribute to the development of a Reward Strategy that reflects business drivers including key external market factors, the management of the annual salary and bonus review cycle, the management of the businesses global recognition platform, responsibility for the management of external relationships with reward specialists and survey providers, as well as to provide advice on day-to-day compensation and reward operations.

You will have the opportunity to work within a dedicated team where you will:

  1. Responsible for implementing, embedding and maintaining the businesses chosen Job Evaluation Tool globally. Work towards salary banding in line with the overall reward strategy.
  2. Work with the Head of Reward to provide continuous input into the on-going development of the Reward Strategy and associated principles, practices and policies, ensuring that it supports the wider People Investment and business strategy. Resolving policy issues arising from the day to day management of the strategy.
  3. Take lead on any Reward and Compensation projects ensuring that they are delivered in line with expectations, on time and within the agreed budget.
  4. Support and advise on the delivery of the Reward Strategy through pro-active involvement with key stakeholders - HR Business Partners and Business Leaders
  5. Responsible for managing the annual pay and bonus review cycle including benchmarking with external providers and making business recommendations. Proactively review the process and look to streamline and improve efficiency where possible.
  6. Responsible for Gender, Ethnicity and Equal Pay auditing, working with the Communications and PR Team to ensure these are reported in line with legislation and outcomes are incorporated into the Reward and Compensation Strategy.

This role is based in central Manchester but will offer some flexibility to work from home a couple of days per week. The salary for this role is £45-50k pa + benefits.
