I am partnering with a large professional services client based in Manchester who are looking to recruit an Interim Reward Manager. This role will be offered on a 12 month fixed term basis and will report in to the Reward Director.
As an experienced Reward Manager you will contribute to the development of a Reward Strategy that reflects business drivers including key external market factors, the management of the annual salary and bonus review cycle, the management of the businesses global recognition platform, responsibility for the management of external relationships with reward specialists and survey providers, as well as to provide advice on day-to-day compensation and reward operations.
