As the Recruitment Manager, you will partner closely with Senior Business leaders giving guidance on building talent pools and leading through changing market conditions. You will help create and implement resourcing strategies and help the organisation fulfil its operational staffing needs.
This role reports in to the Head of HR and you will work closely with the wider HR team to embed recruitment processes. You will be able to effectively work to targets and analyse data/metrics. Ideally, you will need to be an experienced talent spotter who can draw on extensive knowledge of Internal Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, and have the ability to build relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
