We are currently looking for a Learning and Development expert to support the current team on an interim basis being part of the journey at an exciting time for the group.Working as part of Development and Engagement team, this role will lead in the delivery, development, and evaluation of a robust learning and development curriculum that will drive high performance and enable our colleagues and leaders to excel in a growing, challenging and changing business environment. The Skills and Development Trainer will be pivotal in supporting and developing over 1500 colleagues within Stansted Airport.


Knowledge, experience and skills required:

Strong Learning and development experience in relevant industries with proven ability in bringing thought leadership and latest thinking into the L&D agenda
Ability to create a L&D strategy through consultation with the business
Strong commercial and financial acumen and proven ability to manage significant budgets
Experience of implementing and developing career frameworks, and linking them to learning and development support
Excellent facilitation and delivery skills
Proven ability to coach line managers and individuals, ideally with a relevant coaching qualification
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication skills
Creative approach to design, delivery and problem-solving
Proven ability of successfully leading projects which have delivered measurable business results
