As Interim HRBP you will work closely with management teams across sites in the UK to provide a proactive HR service. You will take ownership for ER case work and coach managers through issues across the sites.
What you will do:
This HR Business Partner will be an operational and project aligned HR professional who leads on delivering the overarching organisational people strategy with a value-add and commercially astute service. You will be the key interface with key internal stakeholders. This is an BAU and projects focused role. Using the People plan formulate an implementation programme that consists of structural and cultural change. You will have a focus on managing the following;
