I am proud to be partnering with a Global Technology organisation who are looking to recruit an Interim HR Transformation Manager. This role will be offered on a 9 month fixed term contract with anticipated start date of the end of Jan 2021.
My client employs over 1,000 people globally across more than 30 office locations. They offer niche Technology products to their customers who operate in a number of industries.
This HR Transformation Manager role will act as a project lead on a exciting acquisition. The role will focus on reviewing operating models and subsequently managing a redundancy and restructuring programme. Experience of leading similar restructuring / redundancy programmes before is essential.
This role will report directly in to the HR Director and work with support from the wider HR team. Suitable candidates will be able to start a new role immediately and have experience of leading on redundancy and restructuring projects withing a professional services environment.
The salary for this role is between £45,000 - £50,000 pa + benefits.
