Morson are currently partnering with a large communications business who are looking to recruit a number of HR Helpdesk Advisors to be based in the Bristol area.
These HR Helpdesk Advisor roles will provide an invaluable HR Service that delivers high quality HR advice and an outstanding customer experience across all Lines Of Business. The role will provide first contact resolution where possible and provide clear and effective guidance to line managers and employees on all HR policies, processes and tools. The roles will also drive a continuous improvement culture and strive to look at ways to be better.
What you will be doing - your accountabilities
To provide clear and high quality HR advice to line managers and employees on HR policies, processes and tools via phone, email and LiveChat.
· To provide quality call listening and coaching sessions to our colleagues to continually improve their performance
· To consistently deliver a brilliant customer experience in terms of care, knowledge and first contact resolution.
· Proactively own customer queries through to resolution ensuring key performance indicators and service levels are achieved.
· Strive for efficiency and continuously identify improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Suitable candidates will have HR Admin / HR Advisor experience from a busy HR Shared Service environment. These roles require candidates to interview and start at short notice.
