HR Advisor: 10 Month Fixed Term Contract: Chester: Paying up to £45,000 - £50,000

Morson are currently supporting our manufacturing client in their search for an experienced HR Advisor to join the organisation in a generalist capacity. The HR Advisor is a newly created role within the business to support with increased workload and demand. The HR Advisor will therefore need to hit the ground running and be well versed in all areas of HR. Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Managing a large and complex ER caseload
• Liaising with stakeholders across the business to ensure ER issues are dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with best practice and company policy and procedure
• Offering HR support and advice to all employees and line managers as required
• Analysing HR data and providing reports for decision making and strategy development
• Supporting on HR related projects
• Supporting the implementation of the people related changes

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you are a strong HR generalist, with experience preferably gained from within a fast-paced, manufacturing or engineering environment as well as the below:

• Sound knowledge of UK Employment Law
• Experience in managing a large, complex and diverse ER caseload from start to resolution
• Qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above
• A strong influencer with the ability to constructively challenge as appropriate
• Ability to build effectively relationships with all levels
