Role Responsibilities
Drive a culture based on nuclear safety and quality throughout the project, acting as a role model for the internal team and external interfaces.

Working with the Project team, Client and other contractors to ensure that appropriate relationships are developed to enhance collaborative working and that these relationships are regularly monitored and assessed for effectiveness.

Responsible for researching and understanding the relationships required and the operation of the HPC project overall.

Key Responsibilities:
Development and management of an effective Stakeholder Engagement Plan for the Client, key Stakeholders and external contractors representatives
Maintenance of up-to-date, and effective, Interfacing Arrangements with all Interfacing Organisations
Organisation of contractual partnering meetings
Promotion of within the Client and other Stakeholders, leading to new Business Development opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement

Typical Deliverables for the Role
Deliverables include:
Establish and maintain Interface Agreements with all Interfacing Organisations
Ensure regular liaison meetings are held with Interfacing Organisations, in-line with Interface Agreements and the Stakeholder Engagement Plan
Ensure regular relationship meetings are held with senior and key stakeholders within the Customer, in-line with the Stakeholder Engagement Plan and contractual requirements.
Organise Collaboration Forums, covering Nuclear Safety and Quality, Technology Innovation & R&D, Design & Delivery, identify participants, agree agendas and objectives and arranging meetings.
Attendance at Customer or stakeholder workshops/forums/advisory groups that benefit the delivery of the HPC project
Promotion and pursuit of Continuous Improvement and Innovation in all activities undertaken
Work with the Client's Collaboration Manager to deliver joint collaboration initiatives wherever possible
Facilitate meetings with the Client and other parts of the company to promote the introduction of appropriate new technology to meet the Client requirements.

Business Operations Skills
Experience of working in a business/organisation, delivering services similar in scope to HPC project
Experience of delivering Collaborative working arrangements on customer contract(s)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong influencing skills
Strong team leadership skills

Degree level qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant business discipline
Facilitation qualification and/or experience
Familiarity with the Customer's and Stakeholder's organisations and operations
