The purpose of this role is to work in company Intelligent Computing Business team, deeply understanding the server industry and customers in European countries, guiding market developing strategy in order to promote company Intelligent computing solutions in enterprise market. The responsibilities include:
Recruit and certify channel partners and implement channel strategy and policies.
Achieve sales goals through channel sales and cooperation with account managers on named accounts
Channel operations - authorization, certification, trainings, reporting, sales and inventory management, contract negotiations, etc.
Marketing - planning activities with channel partners.
Management and support of channel partners - management of registration for partners, update the profiles of channel partner etc.
Implementation of channel policies - authorization for channel partners, certification and evaluation of partners, commercial and incentive policies, marketing funds, project authorizations.
Market research - investigate the market and report the development demands, analysis on the industrys development trends.
Sales strategy - promptly adjust the sales strategies and control the sales progress through analyzing the market conditions and learning about the competitors dynamics.
Channel management - strengthen the communication with distributors and monitor the distributors sell-in and sell-out, in order to reach sales targets.
Relationship maintenance - maintain the key distribution channel partners within the country by visiting them and organizing marketing activities, to ensure the completeness of the channel system.
Bachelor or above degree
Experience in building and maintaining local partners relations, understanding ICT channel business environment and structure in European markets, have good relationship or familiar with key channel players
Minimum 3 years of channel sales and account sales experience in an IT/technology Enterprise based corporate setting
The candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English, other European language is a plus.
Experience in working closely with sales, marketing, client services, development, executive management, and product management to meet the needs of the business.
Having distributor/partner working experiences good performance with strong partner networking and channel relationship good market reputation on sales
