Support the Customer Service Managers and Customer Support Department Heads to develop Support Contract plans compliant with project objectives. Support the Customer Service Managers and Customer Support Department Heads in managing the programmes through monthly updates and using plans including budget control and performance indicators. Responsible for developing, monitoring, and analysing the Integrated Master Schedule and internal/external reporting of schedule performance.
