My client is currently recruiting for a Inside Sales Representative to join their new team in Cannock.

Job Purpose: Utilise
Establish communication and maintain regular contact with designated accounts whilst recognising the customers' individual needs and presenting a viable solution. Tasked with parts and service revenue growth and building relationships over the telephone, the PS-ISR will develop customers into regular call cycles and act as primary point of contact offering advice and support for their own customers and as a supporting point of contact for allocated lead generation accounts.

Manage an existing regional customer database of circa 600 customers via telephone maintain CRM and develop customer/company relationship
Lead generation for allocated field account managers accounts
Active promotion of marketing campaigns, promotions and events
Effective maintenance relating to call cycles planning of repeat calls to accommodate customer requirements
Maintain accurate account details and machine population with own account database to aid marketing initiatives
Manage all online leads/inbound calls on a daily basis
Develop strong relationships with prospect and assigned customers
Connect with key decision makers
Promote all aspects of my client from parts and service through to CSAs
Become the account manager for the customer recommend support services relevant to their needs and provide the customer with the best solution.

Demonstrate excellent persuasive and communication skills to ensure a positive outcome * Achieve set call targets per month * Grow parts and service revenue by a set target percentage per annum * ensure agreed target revenue for lead generation accounts is achieved * Generate a targeted amount of personally closed/won parts and service revenue

Knowledge, skills and experience
Experience within a proactive outbound B2B call sales environment
Knowledge and appreciation of the sales process
Professional telephone manner
Strong interpersonal, and organisational skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Innovative thinking coupled with creative problem solving skills
Self-motivation and a drive to succeed
Sales experience within a similar industry
Ability to update and utilise a CRM system to maintain regular contact and track potential customer requirements
Good PC skills coupled with the ability to learn new systems
Understanding of database marketing
Contextual or other information
Liaise with key managers and all departments within the company in order to manage customers' expectations
Attend regional meetings to integrate with regional teams and recognise the changing needs of the business
Undertake extensive learning to become confident in the company offering
Willingness to travel with overnight stays
Full Driving Licence
