This is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading global organisation that cultivate a culture of success, development and opportunity. With offices around world this particular role is based in Salford where their Infrastructure team supports the UK infrastructure. They have an urgent requirement for an Infrastructure analyst to join their team. This role will see you work alongside the UK Infrastructure Manager and be the go to Network Analyst delivering 2nd/3rd line Network support, responding to service request from the Service Desk and whilst monitoring, developing and deploying new kit ensuring a robust, reliable infrastructure.

With IT teams across the globe you will be working in a small specialist team ensuring that you will having meaningful input and can expect your skill set to develop as you progress.

The ideal Infrastructure analyst will have experience of supporting Local and Wide Area Networks and have some project experience too. The technical environment is primarily Wintel/Citrix so exposure to a similar environment is beneficial. VoIP exposure,especially CUCM is also advantageous.

You'll use SolarWinds to constantly monitor the Network and your skill set will include Cisco Switches and Routers (2960 and upwards) and ideally backed with a CCNA.

Experience with Checkpoint, FortiGate or other firewalls is advantageous as is experience of Riverbed and NetScaler but you can expect training in any areas that you are lacking.
