Due to continued growth this global solution provider is currently seeking an Incident Manager to augment their IT Service Delivery team. Working with Remedy and within an ITIL environment you will log and acknowledge all incidents passed to the team and acknowledge receipt prioritising each incident in accordance to the severity and impact matrix.
Please note you will need current UK SC Clearance or DV Clearance or fulfil the criteria to obtain a UK Security Clearance.
- Incident management
- Continued development of the current Knowledge base
- Major Incident Management
- Post Incident Report Management writing
The ideal Incident Manager will have strong experience in a similar role where you have been the first point of contact for major incidents. You should have a solid understanding of ITILv3 processes and principles and be able to manage and coordinate high level incidents in a complex and secure infrastructure environment. You will also have experience collaborating with other team members to ensure consistency of delivery, adherence to standard practices, continuous improvement and can create accurate clear and concise post incident reports.
