Job Description: Contact Centre.
The role is based within a small and personable, extremely focused Contact Centre and revolves around progressing applications for plastic Identity Cards.
The duties of the successful applicant shall include the following tasks:
Receiving and inputting applications for a range of ID cards, using the company's in-house developed CMS.
Determining which applications can be accepted, which rejected against clear rules.
Managing rejections using a range of letter templates.
Filing hard copy application forms and validation documents.
Answering telephone queries from applicants.
The nature of this work involve dealing with personal data therefore any applicant shall need to be CRB / DBS cleared. This clearance shall be progressed by the company.
The post will call for working within the bounds of the company's ISO 9001:2000 certification, concerning quality checking and documentation of all products generated within the Bureau. Full and regular instruction will be given.

Must have transport
