We are currently recruiting an Implementation Manager with experience of implementing processes and systems to meet ISO 55000 requirements to level 3 or higher.
The Implementation Manager will work closely with Trust teams to ensure that all implementation requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include preparing status reports and establishing effective communication & training plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.
Skills, knowledge & experience:
The successful role holder will help to create and deliver our pathway to achieving ISO55000 status and ensuring we have the skills, knowledge and plan to retain it.
Key Accountabilities:
Conduct pre and post project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Coordinate with team to resolve all issues within required time frame and recommend appropriate changes to all policies and procedures.
Evaluate all processes and provide technical support to senior managers.
Administer everyday work flow of implementation processes.
Monitor all implementation requests, assist team and senior managers and provide required coaching for same.
Evaluate all management information reports and ensure achievement of all team objectives.
Develop all processes and tools for implementation life cycle.
Identify all defects and provide an efficient interface with key stakeholders for all implementation processes.
Provide appropriate training and ensure efficient implementation of all systems. Maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to time frame.

You will be able to demonstrate recent success in creation and implementation of a plan to ISO55000 accreditation in previous advisory/consultation roles,

You will be familiar with educating a variety of employees in the benefits of and tools/models to deliver continuous improvement through team workshops, communications and involvement.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
A degree in a related field.
Experience in infrastructure / asset management
Proven experience in project management.
Ability to lead teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
Understanding of ISO 55000 standard. Experience overseeing & implementing transformation projects.
Have excellent IT skills including Excel, Word and other MS office applications with the ability to extract and interpret data to display succinct information for reporting purposes
