An opportunity has become available for a Human Resources Assistant to support the Head of Human Resources in providing a comprehensive service to the HR teams


- Provide support to core Human Resources activities such as resourcing, people development and career progression
- Perform analysis of statistics in order to prepare presentations and reports for both the HR function and Filton site reviews
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, in the absence of the Head of HR
- Provide project planning/management within HR for key HR activities
- Carry out HR tasks delegated by the Heads of HR team, as appropriate, to support the team as well as the development of the individual
- Support the HR communications and events activity across the HR function
- This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

- This role would provide an ideal opportunity for the successful applicant to progress their career in HR and provide scope for significant personal development
- Ideally studying the professional CIPD qualification
- Excellent communication and PC skills
- A high level of discretion and diplomacy will be critical due to the nature of the activities the role will encompass
- The candidate will also have the ability to organise their own workload with high attention to detail, self-motivation and be able to interface with people at all levels.
